Our principal generously let us meet monthly = during school time. We met for one hour, from 9-10 am on the first Friday = of the month. Aides covered each of our classrooms. We each took responsibility for one trait and organized our meeting around that trait. = It was an introduction to each trait for us and made for lots of good discussion. We will continue this next year and really start to do more = in our classrooms. The study group will expand to our second grade teachers = as well. I also hope to attend the NWREL workshop on 6-Traits in Delaware = this summer and bring back more info to our group. Thanks for all your efforts = last summer!
